Unfortunately we do not accept insurance at this time. However, sliding scale prices are available for those who qualify.

As of right now, counseling services are only offered virtually. However, in my experience, this does not hinder the therapeutic relationship.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted as well as HSA & FSA accounts.

The initial session will be an hour long in which we get to know one another, and I learn how I can best help you going forward. All following sessions are 45 minutes long.

Yes! All packages can be customized to meet the needs or your athletes and staff.

All meeting participants will receive an email prior to the meeting that contains the meeting link as well as any associated resources.
