Providing Expert Nutrition Guidance
Morgan Voight
MS, RDN, CDN, RYT-200
I am so glad that you’re here!
My name is Morgan (she/her/hers), and I am the owner of MVPersonalized Nutrition. I am a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and registered yoga teacher (RYT) specializing in various areas such as eating disorder care, sports nutrition, and LGBTQ+ health. I understand these niches personally, which inspired me to start MVP-N.
As a former Division 1 cross country and track & field athlete at Quinnipiac University, I understand what it takes to succeed at a high level all year round. When my career began, I was a walk-on, but, by the end of my senior year, I was a key player in our team’s scoring and success. It is no secret that high performance takes commitment in multiple facets of an athlete’s life, so it is my goal is to deliver valuable insights on sports nutrition that enhance the performance of student-athletes at all levels. Empowering athletes, coaches, and support staff with the necessary information to optimize athletes’ dietary choices for peak performance and overall health.
I spent my dietetic training working with athletes ranging from high school students to Paralympians; working to personalize their nutrition and optimize performance. Through group discussions and one-on-one sessions, these athletes have been able to excel.
In addition to my training in sports nutrition, I have extensive experience working with those fighting an eating disorder or disordered eating, including ARFID. I provide one-on-one counseling for those with clients in a safe environment with a Health at Every Size (HAES) and Intuitive Eating (IE) lens. With both lived experience and years of working with clients in this area, I am here to help you rebuild and repair your relationship with body, food, and movement.
In short, I am here to help you reach your performance and personal goals with a body-neutral, evidence-based approach.
Embark on a journey to build your peak mind, body & movement connection.
